Pre-cast
Pre-cast products are manufactured in a highly professionally managed environment and manufacturing premises. The plant is equipped with all the requisite machinery like batching plant, hydraulic presses, heavy duty mixers, vibrators, hydraulic hand presses, etc. The major raw materials used are grey SR or OP cement, white cement, aggregate, crushed sand, water, etc. which conform to the relevant BS standards.
The products can be broadly classified as,
- Cable cover tiles
These are available in sizes of 50X25 cm and 50X20 cm with thickness of 5 cm or 6 cm. These are inscribed with High voltage (HV) or Low Voltage (LV) as per the requirement
- Paving slabs
These are available in sizes of 30X30X3.5 cm, 40X40X4 cm, 50X50X5 cm and 60X60X6 cm. These are used for roofing as well as external paving
- Exposed aggregate slabs
These are available in sizes of 30X30X3.5 cm, 40X40X4 cm, 50X50X5 cm and 60X60X6 cm. These are used for external area
- Miscellaneous products
