Rotational Molding permits much more complex and asymmetrical shapes. Wall thickness distribution is more uniform with rotational molding and part size can go beyond anything which is not possible in blow molding due to inherent limitations in the later processes. Compared to injection molding, rotational molding has the major advantage of very low mould cost and the ability to produce complex hollow articles.
Polytex products are strong, sturdy, light weight, flexible & hollow products made from high quality UV stabilised polyethylene material on state-of-the-art PLC machines. Polytex has a wide product range and endless options for design and color requirements.
